# Public Equity Model Dashboard

Scenario outcomes are driven primarily by earnings and owner cash flow, using a single normalized terminal multiple. Historical multiples and a separate sensitivity help pressure-test those assumptions.

### Core thesis

Visa remains a high-quality compounder. Fiscal Q3 2026 net revenue rose 14% YoY, non-GAAP EPS rose 11%, payments volume +10%, cross-border ex-Europe +12%, and processed transactions +10%. Nine-month non-GAAP EPS grew 15%. Stablecoin-linked card programs and broader money-movement/value-added-services expansion add optionality, but the core valuation still rests on durable low-teens EPS growth and premium network economics.

### What breaks the thesis

The main risk is valuation rather than business quality. Client incentives continue to grow quickly, expense growth can outpace revenue, cross-border/consumer spending can slow, regulation may compress economics, alternative payment rails/stablecoins could bypass parts of the network, or the market may de-rate a mature compounder despite steady EPS growth.

### Why this terminal multiple

A premium to the five-year historical median (~25.7x), below the previous 30x base, for durable payments economics.

### Historical multiple history

Forward P/E completed fiscal-year observations. Historical year-end forward P/E; modeled FY2027 earnings use different estimates.
